We try very hard to only accept cases where we feel we can make a difference. We obviously cannot guarantee that a particular outcome in any case will be positive, so just because we accept the case doesn't mean you're automatically going to obtain a surgical approval, but we don't take cases where our experience tends to show your money would be better spent elsewhere.
If we think we can assist you we'll use the contact information you provide on this form to either snail mail, fax, or email you a detailed packet of information which explains our various fee options, our levels of service and what we need from you to proceed quickly. After you get that packet of information, the ball is in your court to make the decision whether or not you want to retain us.
If you wish to use our services, you may contact us by email or telephone, and please do so if you have any questions or concerns. If however, you chose not to retain us, or we advise you that we cannot assist you, we in no way are advising you to drop your appeal. You can and should file an appeal. You never know what can happen, and if you chose to sue your carrier at some point, you will need to show that you have exhausted all of your remedies prior to the lawsuit, and that means a final appeal determination.
