About Mr. Viscio:

Mr. Viscio graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991.

He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut and the Eastern Federal District Court of New York State.  

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University.

Mr. Viscio is an active member of his community. He was a volunteer firefighter for over ten years. He was a volunteer leader with the American Red Cross and worked extensively during 9/11 at ground zero. 

He is currently a JAG Lawyer in the New York State Army Guard where he holds the rank of 2LT.

He is a seasoned Litigator and skilled negotiator.

Additionally, Mr. Viscio has given numerous lectures and seminars regarding Bariatric Surgery.  He teaches CME Classes for Surgeons and Physicians.  He has been interviewed by Fox News, CBS News and USA Today.  His articles have been featured in Beyond Change Magazine.  He has been a guest speaker at numerous Support Group and Physician Meetings.  His cases have been reported in Local and National News.
