Our firm is skilled in contract and commercial matters, the Uniform Commercial Code, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, appellate and class action matters, health law, toxic torts, public law, and securities issues.

We maintain the ability to skillfully handle matters involving insurance litigation, including ERISA, insurance appeals and coverage litigation as well as large accidents including defective prodcuts, nursing home injuries, medical accidents and large torts.
