When we created this page, we thought of naming it "Why chose us?", in either case, we can comfortably recommend our services to you for several reasons.

1. Experience.  Our firm's Attorneys have handled insurance matters for nearly 20 years.  Cases ranging from Insurance Appeals to ERISA or Discrimination Litigation.  Don't settle for a law firm that simply files a paper appeal.  You need the backing of our ability to litigate to strengthen your appeal or claim.

2.  Privacy.  We do not collect data for any company.  Your case, consultation and information are confidential information that we keep in your file.  It can be released only to you.  Your information will not be released to any party without your first executing a HIPPA Release.

3.  Advocacy.  Most firms talk, we do.  Mr. Viscio sits on the Board of two not-for-profit organizations.  He continually works with the Obesity Action Coalition (advisory panel) and Obesity Help.  Ask the Attorney or Advocate if they give anything back to the Community?  Do they Advocate for a fee?  Do they consult with insurance companies?  Or, like us, do they represent only persons who have been denied a claim, or discriminated against.  Have they traveled to Washington DC to lobby, on their own time, on behalf of the obese?  Mr. Viscio has.
